Returns & Refunds 

At All Stop Smoke Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange policy. Please carefully read the following details to understand the process.

 

Returns: 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: 

The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. 

It should be returned in the original packaging to ensure safe transit. 

 

Certain items are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

 

Partial Refunds: 

In some situations, we may grant partial refunds. These cases include: 

Items with obvious signs of use. 

Products with open and damaged original packaging. 

Items not in their original condition or damaged, unless the damage was caused by manufacturer error. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

 

Refunds (if applicable): 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt. After inspection, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend following these steps: 

Check your bank account to verify if the refund has been posted. 

Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. 

Reach out to your bank to inquire about any potential processing delays. 

If you have completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer support team at 411@allstopsmokeshop.com for assistance. 

 

Sale Items: 

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for sale items. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable): 

We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at 411@allstopsmokeshop.com and send your item to:  All Stop Smoke Shop 7969 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, California 95610 

 

Shipping: 

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided above. 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 to ensure safe delivery. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item, and any damage during shipping will be your responsibility.
